I went to this restaurant for the first time this week. It is a mom and pop place between Hamburg and Winchester. The staff was very friendly. However, when the cook was taking my order she stopped and had a strange look on her face (like she smelled something). The oven was right behind her and she leaned back and opened it and took out overcooked biscuits. She apologized for the interruption and started taking my order again. While I was waiting for my food, I heard her ask the other staff if someone had turned off the oven timer. The other employee said, “are they okay” and the cook said “I got them just in time”. Unfortunately, I was served one of these biscuits. They had a good flavor overall but the tops were a bit hard and crumbly. The proportions of my bacon, egg, and cheese were really good though. I would try them again because the cook did acknowledge (at least to the other employee) that they were overdone.

Sherri's is a small country store that sells delicious, home cooked, country food like you would expect from any small mom and pop country store. The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff is always friendly, and the prices are always reasonable. There's nothing possible to complain about other than it's hard to find little stores like this these days!

While I didn't stop in to eat I most certainly wished I had. Everything looked and smelled immaculate. Staff was super friendly and engaging. Enjoyed my to go items but can't wait to try a meal!

Stopped here for lunch when traveling I64 E-W across KY. A great little greasy spoon with good food and excellent service and well priced. Would definitely stop again when passing through.
